Delivery

We use a range of trusted postal and courier services, including Royal Mail, to deliver your order safely. For international orders, we will always choose the most cost-effective delivery option available. While we’re happy to discuss delivery preferences where possible, the final choice of courier remains at our discretion.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made, processed, and dispatched. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email once your items have been dispatched. Your selected delivery method will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

If your order has not been dispatched within 7 working days from the date of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into this for you.

Please note that courier tracking information is only available to us for up to 3 months from dispatch. If this time period has passed and we have not been contacted, we may be unable to assist further with delivery enquiries.

 

Damaged Goods

Every Soy Happy product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with the condition of an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soyxhappy@hotmail.com.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order reference number
  • Your contact details
  • Clear photos showing the issue or damage

If your item has been badly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your experience with Soy Happy is important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Original condition means:

  • The product has not been used or opened
  • There are no marks or damage
  • The packaging is intact and suitable for resale

We are unable to offer refunds on items that are returned used, opened, damaged, or without their original packaging.
